Patricia C. Remmer Advocacy Awards
Patricia C. Remmer served as the Remmer Family Foundation President from which the FCGI was formed. She advocated for girls and the need for gender responsive programs. Pat recognized that it takes dedicated and talented adults to truly impact the gender gap and make a difference in girls’ lives.
Below you will find a link to a simple application that is due:
via email no later than 5:00pm on April 1, 2011.
· A Selection Committee will review the applications and Awardees and their Organizations will be contacted in early May.
· Awardees, and a representative from the corresponding organization they are affiliated with, will be invited to our June 2, 2011 Growing Great Girls Event, where they will be recognized.
Awardees will receive $250 and a plaque and the Organization will
receive $500 to be used toward the program/activity awarded.
